Medicines

Any medicine is to be avoided unless it is absolutely necessary.

If you have any queries please ask your general practitioner or me.

As a general rule most of the drugs that you can buy over the counter in a pharmacy have not been shown to be dangerous especially if taken sparingly .

I does not object to you taking occasional paracetamol, cough medicine, lozenges, nose drops or laxatives.

Fluoride tablets are not normally required in Sydney but see the supplements section of this web site for more information.
